Adam came to sort our suspected wasp nest. He was very efficient, very friendly and went out of his way to ensure that we knew exactly what he was doing and why. He also explained that if we were concerned at all over the next few days, we were to call him and he would come back straight away, no charge at all. He also reassured my neighbour that she didn’t have a problem. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again, if necessary and would 100% recommend him to others. Absolutely brilliant service. I had to call Adam out regarding a Wasp nest and he was able to come out the same day. I was very impressed with his knowledge on pest control generally and how quickly he dealt with the situation. Adam is polite, friendly and I would recommend him to others.

We had a wasp nest in our roof and called around a few pest controllers. Hawk were quick to respond, friendly to deal with and even arrived a day early. Adam is very knowledgeable and friendly and sorted the problem with minimal fuss. He even gave advice about ants in the lawn and what to watch out for with wasp movements and potential future issues. We have already recommended him to our neighbour who also has a wasp problem. Hopefully it doesn’t happen again but Hawk will be our first port of call for any future pest problems.

He was on point with communication with me. He came to my rented house looked at the situation and identified what issue was straight away. Since then my tenants have not raised any issues after Adam did a great job.
